The Annual Meeting of Condominium Owners is scheduled for January 21, 2020. It will be held at 7:00 pm at LAX Restaurant, 205 Lark St., Albany, NY (corner of Lark & State Streets directly across the street from the Condominium). Finger foods and beverages will be available.The purpose of this meeting is to elect new members/officers to the Board of Directors, and act on such other business as may come before the owners. Owners who cannot attend are strongly urged to appoint a proxy to attend on your behalf and to provide them with a ballot indicating your choice of candidates. Owners should have received a mailing by now with a blank ballot and proxy form. Any owner who still needs forms or who has questions about the meeting should contact directors@chcondo.com.
